Comments: Darmera is native to Oregon and California. The
genus consists of this single species. The plant gets its
name from the large, round, lobed leaves. In autumn, the
leaves will turn red. The flowers are pink and appear in
early spring before the leaves. The individual flowers
are small but they are borne on large, branched stems.
Provide a site with partial shade and an evenly moist
soil.
