Comments: Late Lilac is a wide and dense plant with         
lavender-pink flowers.  It is one of the parents of the     
Preston hybrids.                                            

Cultivars:                                                  
   'Hedin' - This cultivar is a hybrid of S. villosa and    
     S. sweginzowii.  It produces large clusters of         
     single pink flowers.
