Comments: Slender Deutzia grows in sun, partial shade or
shade, but shade reduces blooming. It is a slow-growing,
mound-shaped shrub that stays low naturally and
transplants well. The white flowers are produced in mid-
spring after the leaves develop. The plant does not
tolerate much pruning and blooms poorly if overly pruned.
