Athyrium felix-femina--Lady Fern


Hardiness Zones: 3 to 8                                     
Height: 4 ft   Spread: 2 ft                                 
Type: herbaceous perennial                                  

Comments: Lady Fern is relatively tolerant of sun and dry   
soil as compared to many other ferns.  Best growth will     
occur in partial shade and a rich, moist soil.  The plant   
can be used as a ground cover.                              

Propagation: Propagation is by division.                    

Cultivars:                                                  
   'Cristada' - A fine-textured plant that spreads slowly.
