Cleaning Woven Wood and Fabric Roman Shades
Vacuum frequently to keep dust from soiling them. It
may be possible to clean the surface of some fabric
shades with a foam upholstery cleaner, as one would on
upholstered furniture, wiping off with a dry cloth.
Fabric ones may be successfully cleaned by expert
commercial cleaners, using a wet soak, or dry cleaning.
Some are treated with anti-static or spot resistant
finishes to reduce soiling.
