The Land Policy Educator provides educational and training programs and technical support in the area of land use planning and community development including resource management, and policy analysis. The LPE serves to connect Hillsdale and Lenawee County communities to MSU land use resources, and its collaborators, including: Citizen Planner Program; Urban and Rural Collaborators of the United Growth Initiative; Urban Planning Practicum Program; Small Town and Community Design Initiatives; Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Science (RS/GIS) Research and Outreach Services; Institute for Water Research; School of Planning, Design and Construction; and other programs.
