Privately Owned Cervidae (Deer/Elk) Management The Privately Owned Cervidae Industry is classified as an agricultural enterprise with the Michigan Department of Agriculture (MDA). Eighty counties in Michigan have cervidae operations, with Genesee County having the most at 48.
This program provides information on farm management, including livestock production, pesticide certification and management, soils, crops, and water quality.
