Qualifications: An undergraduate degree in education or social sciences. Experience working with youth and program management is preferred. Demonstrated ability in communication skills (verbal and written), and program coordination.

4. Maintain records and process administrative paperwork

5. Make site visits to grantees

6. Train agencies concerning supervision and feedback to participants

7. Other assignments designated by Vice President for Program

Salary and Conditions: Full time temporary position (grant funded) with potential for renewal. Salary level dependents upon level of candidate’s education and training. Start date of April 1- October 1, 2003. Possible continuation of employment after Oct 1,2003.
