MSU Cherry Sites & Information

Plum Pox, a serious disease of stone fruit has been found in Michigan! The "D" strain found in Michigan is not a threat to cherries.

The Northwest Michigan Horticultural Research Station near Traverse City has a great deal of sweet and tart cherry information listed including information on training, pruning, cherry varieties and growth regulator usage.
