Low Cost Recipes 
Enjoy these apple-based recipes for July 1998! In the store or market, choose firm apples that have no soft, mushy, or brown spots. The color of apples will be different depending on the variety you buy. Store apples in the refrigerator or in a cool, dry place for up to three months. Apples are low in fat and calories and high in fiber.
