Easy Fruit Salad 
Eating Right is Basic, Third Edition 

6 apples 
2 small bananas, sliced 
2 cups canned pineapple chunks (packed in water or juice) 
1 cup grapes 

1. Wash grapes and apples. 
2. Peel and slice bananas. Core and slice apples. 
3. Drain pineapple chunks. 
4. Mix fruits; cover and chill until ready to serve. 

Variation: Peaches, plums, pears, melon, berries, or other fruit can be used instead of the fruit listed.
