Apple Chicken Salad 
Family Nutrition Program, Grand Traverse/Leelanau 

2 cups cooked, diced chicken OR 2 cans chicken 
2 cups apple, unpeeled, diced 
1/2 cup celery, sliced 
1/4 cup onion, chopped 
1 can cream of chicken soup 
1/8 teaspoon pepper 
corn flake crumbs 

1. Heat oven to 350º F. 
2. Combine chicken, apple, and vegetables in 1-1/2 quart baking dish. 
3. In small bowl, mix soup and seasonings. 
4. Pour into baking dish, stirring lightly to combine all ingredients. 
5. Top with cornflake crumbs. 
6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
