Snacking in a Hurry 
1.  Have ready-to-eat cereal with fruit.
2.  Make one-minute oatmeal.
3.  Enjoy fruit spread on rice cakes.
4.  Prepare frozen waffles.
5.  Make a burrito.
6.  Prepare ramen noodle soup.
7.  Open a can of fruit.
8.  Pour chili over rice.
9.  Put peanut butter on celery and carrot sticks or sliced apples and banans.
10.  Use frozen bread dough for pizza crust.
11.  Use English muffins for a pizza crust.
12.  Stuff a scrambled egg in pita bread.
13.  Eat whole wheat crackers.
14.  Eat yogurt with fruit.
15.  Try a frozen vegetable burger.
16.  Make a fruit shake.
17.  Make muffins.
18.  Chill canned fruit in the refrigerator.
19.  Freeze homemade waffles to pop into the toaster for an easy snack.
20.  Eat leftover pancakes.
21.  Stuff pita bread with canned chili or beans; top with shredded cheese.
22.  Stuff pita bread with cheese and veggies.
23.  Toast a bagel and add a slice of cheese.
24.  Snack on soy nuts.
25.  Eat dried fruit: raisins, apricots, peaches, or apples.
26.  Have cottage cheese and canned peaches, pears, or pineapple.
27.  Have corn or flour tortillas with cheese.
28.  Make a peanut butter and fruit spread or applesauce sandwich.
29.  Eat some grapes. Try them frozen!
30.  Freeze peaches or melon balls for a cool treat.
31.  Freeze juice in cups for a refreshing snack.
32.  Freeze juice in ice cube trays and add seltzer water.
33.  Eat a frozen banana.
