1)  Click on this the file link to download the file. 

2)  When document opens up, it will automatically open up the program associated with it. (Word or Excel) 

3)   On the File menu, click “Save As”.  Make sure the “Save In” box is on your C: drive. 

4)   Name the document (i.e. FNP2003-04). 

5)   Remember where you placed these documents on your hard drive. 

6)   Document should be saved on your computer.  If you have problems, start over. 

****    NOTE: It may be best to open documents in Alpha Order and print the whole application out to review.
