Vision Statement: Epsilon Sigma Phi leads the Extension System in promoting and supporting professionalism in Extension. Goals
Why Join ESP? "It is the only organization that is inclusive of all Professional Extension Staff and focus' its mission on Professionalism. So whether an individual is a State Director, County Agent or Sea Grant Agent, this is one organization that can on a National and State basis challenge and assist us to 'be all we can be' as Professional Extension Staff. ESP deals with the whole organization, rather than spinning around small but important subsections of what 'Extension Can Be'. How we each respond to this call for professionalism is up to us. I would hope you will take a few moment and ... look at the array of opportunities on the National Web site and maybe even check a State interest area of participation." Bill Bivens, Jackson Co.
