STATE FRIEND OF EXTENSION AWARD NOMINATION FORM

Award traditionally has recognized up to three individuals who truly have been Friends of Extension. Their efforts may have been to help promote programs, represent us as lay leaders, served as key program development persons, been program collaborators, or supported MSU-Extension in other ways. Past recipients have come from organizations, media, MSU, local government, and private business. Please follow the nomination guidelines in preparing the nominations.

Nominations are to be received by July 15 each year. Send the nomination to the current ESP President Elect, who also serves as Awards Chair. See listing of Officers to identify the name and address of the President Elect.
