4-H Club Middle Manager
What is a 4-H Club Middle Manager?
A 4-H club middle manager is a volunteer liaison between the 4-H county staff and the 4-H club leaders. The role of the 4-H club middle manager is to strengthen and improve the Michigan 4-H club program, to increase the flow of information between club leaders and the county staff, and to help the county staff organize the administrative paperwork in the county office. The 4-H club middle manager can be anyone over the age of 21 who is seeking a way to volunteer and become active in their community. This position provides an excellent opportunity for the volunteer to learn the workings of 4-H.
