4-H Dog Patch Program
Overview
The Michigan 4-H Dog Patch Program is designed to recognize the personal achievements of individuals participating in the 4-H Dog Program. The program has been in existance since 1987 and provides youth with goals to work towards in this project area.
Patch Requirements
For information on the requirements for earning the 4-H dog patches, refer to the following document:
The following document contains the 2 forms (Qualifying Score Sheet and Judge Signature Sheet) that youth need to bring to all shows in order to document their qualifying scores. (Refer to the 4-H Dog Patch Program Overview document for more details):
The following form is used by the county MSU Extension office to order patches from the State 4-H office.
