Awards For a listing and pictures of past award winners click here Raymond D. Vlasin Award for Program Excellence This award recognizes outstanding contributions by a CNRDA member to community economic development and natural resources, dedication to the growth of his or her community of responsibility, and has shown a record of achievement for an extended period of time. It is designed to pay the highest tribute to Extension professionals who have consistently exhibited continuing leadership and excellence in Extension program planning, delivery and evaluation. This award is a plaque presented by CNRDA with accompanying $150 cash award. (download word version of details) Innovative Program Award This award is presented for an outstanding community economic development and natural resources program conducted by one or more CNRDA members who have been alert in recognizing new concerns and interests of communities and have involved others in planning and implementing programs that address those new issues. This program award recognizes superior evidence of innovative outreach methods to design, implement, deliver and evaluate exemplary Extension programs. This award is a plaque presented by the Community and Natural Resources Development Association with accompanying $50 cash award. (download word version of details) Community Partnership Award The Community Partnership Award recognizes a Community and Natural Resources Development Association (CNRDA) member or team of members for their outstanding efforts in building community partnerships through collaboration with local groups, agencies and organizations to meet the educational needs and/or concerns of their community. One award will be presented annually to a CNRDA member or team of members who have successfully developed and practiced skills that emphasize collaboration and encourage the value of citizen participation as essential to effective community development. This award is a plaque accompanied by a $50 cash award. (download word version of details)
