The Apple Information Manager (AIM) is a collaborative Extension and research effort of the Universities of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont to deliver timely, relevant, and useful region-wide apple production information to New England commercial apple growers via the World Wide Web. AIM is also researching the use of daily, site specific weather information that-- when combined with powerful insect pest and disease prediction models -- will deliver accurate, easily implemented, IPM decision making tools to all New England orchardists.

The Washington State University Tree Fruit Extension Team has put together an extensive page that is a road map to pertinent information posted on servers at their various research and extension centers.

Pesticide Education Resources at the University of Nebraska/Lincoln is a source of comprehensive pesticide information and links.

The EXtension TOXicology NETwork (EXTOXNET) is a source of objective, science-based information about pesticides, written specifically for the non-expert.

The USDA National Agriculture Statistics Service claim -- and rightfully so -- that they are the "fact finders of agriculture."

The home of IPM at Michigan State University features an IPM Information Center, and CAT (Crop Advisory Team) Alerts for all the major Michigan agricultural crops.

VantagePoint Network may be the future of Internet use in agriculture. Their mission is to make its customers more successful by providing them with timely, cost-effective access to the information (delivered via the WWW) they need to make economically and environmentally sound management decisions.
