July 21-23 The 3rd International Symposium on Management of Animal Carcasses, Tissue and Related Byproducts, University of California at Davis. Breakout and poster sessions, hands-on workshops, and demonstrations revolving around carcass disposal planning, policy, and technology. Topics range from research and public policy on carcass disposal to final product use and disposition. See website or flyer for more information.
