Although this is a small team, the members have honored requests for annual programming from local, regional and state organizations.
• "The Shepherd's Voice"
The AOE Team produces a quarterly newsletter, "The Shepherd's Voice," and contributes on a regular basis to the MI Sheepbreeders Newsletter.
• Requests for information
On campus and on farm research projects have addressed producer requests for information involving lamb feeding operations, lamb diets, alfalfa pellet rations, feeder lamb budgeting issues, parasite problems on pasture, reduction in winter feed cost by extending the grazing season, grazing trials on Brassicas, and carcass evaluation issues involving producer animals.
