Blue Ribbon Updates for Michigan 4-H Staff Beginning with the 2006-7 4-H program year, youth participants in 4-H clubs will help support the development, purchase, implementation and/or updating of 4-H programming through an annual $10 participation fee. The Michigan 4-H Participant Fee Web page provides links to Frequently Asked Questions about the new fee and other helpful documents. Note that the Blue Ribbon enrollment form listed below has been modified to include a check-off box for fee payment and a box to indicate if the fee is being covered by a scholarship; a second version also adds a box for indicating eligibility for free or reduced lunch.
