Michigan 4-H Youth Participation Fee Information

Beginning with the 2006-7 program year, the Michigan State University Extension 4-H Youth Development program has asked youth participants to pay an annual $10 participation fee to support the development, implementation and maintenance of new or updated 4-H programs.

Grant Reporting Forms Initial Project Report (due 60 days after project completion) is for grantees to report the project's outputs.
